The all arounder. This dark roast blend we made for espresso turn out to slap across the board. Stable in all conditions, we are pulling shots for alt milk based drinks and brewing straight on the trail in our aero press and the shop on V60.

Slightly darker roast with notes of chocolate, nutty carmel and stone fruit.

This coffee comes from five small farms located in the municipality of Jinotega, Nicaragua. J&M Family Coffee operates their own wet and dry mill giving them full control over the processing of the coffee

PRODECOOP carefully supervises all phases of the coffee production and processing in order to ensure strict quality control. Initial coffee processing takes place on the individual farms. Sun-drying and final processing takes place at the coop’s dry mill, Las Segovias, located in the town of Palacaguina.
